Is this a retainer or can I cancel anytime?
It's a monthly subscription. You can cancel with X days notice depending on our mutual agreement. But fear not: No annual contracts, no cancellation fees.
What if I miss my monthly interview?
We reschedule. Life happens. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice so we can reassign the production slot.
About the output
Who edits the content — AI or humans?
Both, in that order. AI handles transcription and first-pass structure. A human editor reviews everything before it leaves our hands. The creative decisions are always made by people.
Can I request a specific topic or angle for the interview?
Yes. Before each session we send a short intake — three questions max. If you have a topic you want to cover that month, you tell us there. Otherwise we pull from what's relevant to your audience and business.
Do I own the content?
100%. Everything we produce is yours. Raw files, edited videos, captions, posts — all delivered to you at the end of each month.
Can you post directly to my channels?
That's not included in the base subscription, but it's available as an add-on. Ask us when you book.
What if I don't like the result?
Each month includes one round of consolidated revisions. We don't do open-ended feedback loops — you give us your notes once, we implement them. If something is technically wrong on our end, we fix it at no cost.

What platform do we use for the call?
We'll send you a link — you click it and join like any normal video call. On our end, we use a professional recording setup that captures the highest quality audio and video possible. No downloads, no technical setup on your side.
Does my background or camera quality matter?
We work with what you have, but a quiet space and decent lighting make a real difference. We'll send you a simple one-page guide when you book. No ring lights required.
What if I go off-script or ramble?
That's actually where the best content comes from. Editing is our job, not yours.
