Webflow Site Care

Webflow

Maintenance

Resumen

Declare your pages. Choose your cadence. We handle the rest.

Kit's Basics

A Webflow site doesn't stay healthy on its own. Every time a marketer adds a section, swaps an image, or tweaks a CTA without checking responsive behavior, something breaks somewhere. Most teams don't find out until a client complains, an ad campaign burns through budget, or someone happens to open the site on mobile.

This Kit is a recurring maintenance plan that puts a trained Webflow team on your site at a fixed cadence. We audit the pages in your declared scope, fix what's broken, and deliver a report documenting every finding and every correction made. You declare your pages, choose your tier based on how active your site is, and subscribe. The price is $25 per page per round.

The Quarterly tier runs one round every three months — the minimum coverage for a stable site that rarely changes. The Monthly tier runs one round per month, suited for sites with moderate marketing activity. The Biweekly tier runs two rounds per month, for sites with active campaigns or a team that touches pages regularly.

If you need different cadences for different groups of pages, you can run separate subscriptions with separate declared scopes. Coverage includes content and functional issues — anything that affects how the page looks, reads, or works. New feature development, structural code changes by third parties, and new design work fall outside maintenance scope.

Every subscription includes:

  • Per-round QA audit
  • Copy and content fixes
  • Broken image fixes
  • Broken link correction
  • Responsive behavior fixes
  • Non-functional forms
  • Non-functional CTAs
  • Sections failing to load
  • Broken interactions
  • Per-round findings report
  • Declared scope at sign-up

FAQs (Preguntas)

What's the difference between the tiers?

Frequency. Quarterly catches problems once every three months — the right cadence for a stable site that almost never changes. Monthly catches them once a month. Biweekly catches them twice. The more often your team touches the site, the shorter the window between something breaking and us finding it.

Can I have different cadences for different pages?

Yes. Run separate subscriptions with separate declared scopes. One for the pages you want checked monthly, another for the pages you only need reviewed quarterly.

What counts as a page?

Any unique URL in your Webflow site — including CMS collection templates. A blog template counts as one page, not one per post. You declare the list at sign-up and that scope stays locked for the billing cycle.

What if my marketing team modifies a page between rounds?

Still covered. The Kit covers the page as it exists during each round, regardless of what was added or changed since the last one.

What types of issues do you fix?

Content errors, broken links, missing or broken images, non-functional forms and CTAs, responsive breakage, and sections or interactions failing to load. If it affects how the page looks or works, it's covered.

What's not covered?

Building new functionality, new design work, new integrations, and structural code changes made by third parties outside of the fix rounds. If it requires creating something that didn't exist, that's a separate Kit order.

Who does the work?

The same senior Webflow developers that handle Agency's enterprise clients.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel before the next billing cycle and you won't be charged again.
